Full payment must be made to confirmed order. All items are based on first come first serve basis.
All sales are final, no cancellation is allowed once the order has been placed.
All the prices shown on our website is NOT included delivery/shipping fees. Kindly check with us for the transportation fees by providing complete address.
We took extra effort to packed and sent out the item nicely. However, if there are any damaged during delivery, kindly notify us immediately and we will do our very best to assist you.
Exchange of same item can only be done with conditions that the item is defective or damaged.
Any request to exchange for damaged item shall inform us within three (3) days upon receipt of the item. Kindly take note that any report made after three (3) days period will not be entertain. You are required to send us a clear photo of the defective or damaged item.
Refund can only be done if the item purchased is out of stock or the defective or damaged item is unable to replaced.
We try our best to provide the exact product/item same as the photo shows in our website. However, we cannot guarantee the colour display on your screen to be same as per seen on our website.
We do not produce any food products, all the food products included in the gift box are produced by third party. Kindly read the labels before consume, we do not responsible on any adverse reactions after consumed food in the gift box, including labelled or non-labelled products.
Photos on our website just for illustration purpose, we reserve the rights to substitute the items/decorations of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery to you.
